• Information you give us: when you fill the growth barrier scorecard, the contact form, or register for a bootcamp, workshop, or program, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the business information you choose to share, such as your answers in the scorecard.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway on its own secure pages. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. We receive only a confirmation of payment with your name and transaction reference.
• Usage information: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived. This uses cookies and collects data in aggregate. It does not identify you personally to us.

2. How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: send your scorecard result, respond to your enquiry, confirm your seat, and share event details.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or email about the program you enquired about or joined.
• To improve the website and our programs using aggregate usage data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

Only service providers who need it to serve you: our payment gateway (to process your payment), our email and hosting providers (to store form submissions and send mail), and Google Analytics (aggregate usage data). Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and registration records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and tax requirements, after which they are deleted.
