Refund and Cancellation Policy

Invisible Marketing, a brand of Axis Enterprises, sells marketing education: in-person bootcamps and workshops, coaching and mentoring programs, and digital resources. We do not sell physical goods through this website, so this policy covers cancellations and refunds of service purchases, not product returns.

1. Bootcamp and workshop seats

• 7 days or more before the event date: full refund of the amount paid, including GST. No questions asked.
• Less than 7 days before the event date: the fee is not refundable in cash. You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge, or convert your payment into full credit toward the next batch of the same event. Tell us the replacement attendee's name and phone number at least 24 hours before the event.
• If we cancel or reschedule the event: you choose between a full refund or a seat at the rescheduled date.

2. Coaching and mentoring programs

• Before the first session: full refund of the amount paid.
• After the first session has been delivered: fees are not refundable. Program schedules are planned around a committed group, and a seat once occupied cannot be resold.

3. Digital resources

Templates, worksheets, recordings, and other downloadable or online material are non-refundable once access has been delivered to your email or account.

4. Duplicate and failed payments

If you are charged twice for the same order, or money is deducted but no order is confirmed, the extra amount is refunded in full automatically. If you do not see the reversal within 7 business days, contact us with the transaction reference.

5. Refund credit timeframe

Approved refunds are initiated from our side within 48 hours of approval. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are always made to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. How to request a refund or transfer

Email or WhatsApp us with your name, the phone number or email used at checkout, the payment reference or receipt, and what you need (refund, seat transfer, or batch credit). We confirm every request within 2 business days.
