Shipping and Delivery Policy

Invisible Marketing, a brand of Axis Enterprises, sells services and digital resources: in-person bootcamps and workshops, coaching and mentoring programs, and downloadable or online material. No physical goods are shipped through this website, so no courier, shipping charges, or delivery tracking apply to purchases made here.

1. Bootcamps and workshops (in-person events)

Your purchase is a seat at a scheduled event. Delivery happens at the venue on the event date printed on the event page and on your confirmation. After successful payment you receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours on the email and phone number given at checkout, with the venue address, date, timing, and what to bring.

2. Coaching and mentoring programs

Programs are delivered through scheduled sessions, in person or online as described on the program page. The schedule and joining details are shared on your email and WhatsApp within 2 business days of enrolment.

3. Digital resources

Templates, worksheets, recordings, and other digital material are delivered electronically to the email address given at checkout, normally within 24 hours of payment. If anything does not reach you, contact us and we resend it at no charge.

4. Wrong contact details

If confirmations do not arrive because the email or phone number entered at checkout was incorrect, contact us with the payment reference and we will re-deliver to the corrected details.

5. The book

The book "Invisible Marketing" is sold and shipped by Amazon India on its own terms. Purchases of the book are not made through this website and are governed by Amazon's shipping and return policies.
